China’s 120th Canton Fair will feature new energy technologies, products
An array of new energy industry technologies and products will be featured at the 120th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair. The event will open the first phase of its fall edition in Guangzhou on October 15 to 19.
Housing a new energy zone in Area B, the Fair will highlight three exhibition zones for solar energy PV (photovoltaic) products, solar-thermal products and wind energy and other new energy products.
“The new energy exhibition zone has always been a highlight of the Canton Fair,” said Liu Quandong, Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Canton Fair.
“The spring edition in April covered an area of 3,900 sq m, with 200 booths and 71 companies. New energy being a topic that attracts global attention, this zone may not be the largest, but it has the most advanced concepts as industrial trends in this sector are about technological innovation and going green to protect the environment.”
PV modules, systems, appliances, and related accessories, solar water pumping systems, heaters, and air conditioners, and products that use wind and geothermal energy will be among the products that will be on display.
Leading companies and manufacturers will also participate in the 120th Canton Fair to release all-new products and patented technologies in addition to their flagship designs.
Furthermore, the new energy zone of the 120th Canton Fair will focus more on the application of solar energy. As it will be launched in the same phase as electronic and electrical products and lighting equipment, the new energy zone will provide suppliers with a comprehensive one-stop purchasing experience for all products and peripherals, as well as technological support.
Liu is hoping that everyone who visits the energy zone, whether supplier or buyer, will see the lates and best products and technologies as well as share valuable ideas and experiences, as the Canton Fair’s key concept remains to be facilitating a professional one-stop procurement exhibition with in-depth exchange of views.
