Sapura Energy subsidiaries bag RM905 million worth of contracts
The direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Malaysian oil and gas services company Sapura Energy Berhad have been awarded contracts with a combined value of about RM905 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Sapura Energy said that Sapura Fabrication Sdn Bhd (SFSB) had secured two contracts from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) for the Kinarut ERB West compressor upgrading project and provision of minor engineering and PCC for Bokor Betty brownfield and rejuvenation.
It said SFSB had also bagged an EPCC plus Installation contract for the FFD, Phase 2 Facilities, North Malay Basin from Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia B.V.
Meanwhile, Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd (SOSB) has been awarded a contract to undertake transportation and installation works for Bokor Central Processing project for Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd, which is scheduled to be completed by March 2020.
Sapura Energy said SOSB had also bagged a contract to undertake the provision of offshore/onshore pipeline and terminal works for Fifth Oil Berth project for Mumbai Port Trust, which is slated for completion by May 2019.
