Versalis and Mazrui Energy Services ink MoU for local production of innovative chemicals

Versalis (Eni), a major producer in the polymers and elastomers industry, and Mazrui Energy Services, a leading oil and gas services company in the Middle East, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that sets forth a game-changing partnership for the local production of innovative production chemicals for the oil & gas industry.

The partnership will deliver industry driven solutions that support growing customer-led requirement to improve overall production, while significantly expanding Versalis’ reach in the UAE and other key, high-growth markets within the Middle East region.

The new partnership is expected to spark innovation and additional R&D in the production chemical markets by maximizing the product development talents and resources at both companies, while driving local manufacturing and efficiency in the partners respective supply chains.
